The Henry Warneke House has been known under a variety of names. It has also been called the Collins Rental House and the Dr. Heck House.
Built in 1870, the Warneke House is located in Decatur Township, Pedro, Ohio. The house can be found on State Route 93 south of the intersection between State Route 93 and Greenville Hollow Road.
The house is a story frame building. A tin, gable roof sits upon clapboard walls. The house has five bays on the front and one on the side. Visitors can enter through a central entrance. A two-story porch runs the full length of the house and has a balcony. A massive central brick chimney is visible. A one story addition was added to the rear of the house.
The Warneke house received its name from the owner of the land. Henry Warneke owned the large track of land where the house was located.
