The R & R Roofing Company Building is also known as the Ketter Buggy Company Building. The two-story brick building was built circa 1903 to replace the original Ketter Buggy Company Building, which had been destroyed by fire. Since the original building was destroyed by fire, the brick building was made fire proof. It is 154x132 feet. The irregular shaped building has a flat composition roof supported by a corbelled brick cornice. The original double doors are constructed of vertical boards. The building’s address is 1540 South 3rd Street.
