Local musicians Kelley's Bridge and The Tri-State Mountain Dulcimer Society will be performing Celtic music at the library in March. Tri-State Mountain Dulcimer Society will be performing at Chesapeake March 5, 11:00 a.m. Kelley's Bridge will be performing at South Point March 16, 3:00 p.m. All performances are free.
