The C. F. Johnson house was located at 721 Park Avenue in Ironton, Ohio. The house was torn down to make room for the Rite Aid Store.
Built in 1910, the house was an example of Colonial Revival Architecture. The building was two and a half stories tall complete with a basement. Three bays were located on the front of the house and two were located on the side. The gabled rood had a steep pitch and iron cresting along the ridge. The walls and foundation was made from brick. A one story bay portico with a flat room was supported by Tuscan columns. A one story bay window projected from the east side of the front of the house. Two large dormers were located on the front of the house. The house has an interior chimney. The east side of the house had a small one story addition.
The house was owned by Dr. Miller in 1937.
