Xavier Osborne with Down to the Wick Candles will be making custom candles with the library in August.  All materials are provided.  To participate, you must register for this program as spots are limited.  You may only participate at one library branch.  

Fill your room with sweet smells by creating your very own candle. Join us as Xavier Osborne with Down To the Wick Candles will be showing us how to make candles with custom scents.
