Celebrate the importance of libraries and discover what we have to offer! A variety of FREE activities will be available throughout the day for families to enjoy! Don’t forget to sign up for a library card, too!

We will be giving out COSI Learning Lunchboxes to children while supplies last. Child must be present to receive one and we cannot hold boxes.

Each child who visits the library will be entered into a drawing for a chance to win a Kindle Fire HD tablet.

The Growers Gettin' Dirty Garden Club will present a program about our local species of butterflies and what plants to grow to attract them to your yard.  One free plant will be given to each participant.

George Washington Carver was a brilliant scientist and inventor. He found lots of ways to use plants, especially peanuts and sweet potatoes. Join us as we celebrate and learn more about this amazing inventor and scientist.
